“Kioskify” integrates the Kiosk with the Shopify ecosystem.
The Kiosk is perfectly integrable with Shopify UX, thanks to the Oxygen and Hydrogen technologies, which ensure the brand’s image remains consistent, even on the Kiosk interface, guiding customers intuitively and correctly through the purchasing process.
This integration also provides full control over the Shopify architecture, thanks to its connection with Shopify’s e-commerce platform and Shopify POS.
This guarantees an immersive experience for customers, allowing them to find items not available in the retail store and complete their orders or purchases without the usual frustrating checkout lines. The brand benefits both in terms of prestige, thanks to excellent customer care, and financially, as the Kiosk not only reduces operational costs but also stores and centralizes customer information, offering valuable insights into the target audience.

What is our Kiosk made of and how does it work?
- 32″ Full HD vertical screen
- A Mini PC is placed inside the Kiosk and hosts the headless system, implementing queue-jumping services, customizations, and a software called Kiosk API, which connects the headless requests with the printer and POS.
- The fiscal printer, typically an Epson FP-81II RT (or any Epson “fiscal TM, RT” printer configured with the ePOS-Print solution), directly connected to the Revenue Agency.
- An attended POS PAX ITALIA Q25 (can be any attended POS configured with EMV-Protocol 17 interface), much cheaper than the non-attended version, and can be configured with any bank (e.g., Banca Sella, Wordline…).

Kiosk, VNE creates It, Bitforce develops It
The Kiosk is created through a partnership with VNE, a Tuscan company specializing in the design and construction of custom and tailored Kiosks for any need: VNE builds it, Bitforce programs it, and Sintra integrates it. Here’s what we did for a well-known Serie A football club.
