Kedrion was created in 2001 and since then has continuously monitored and innovated the ongoing research on plasma-based treatment. The company has several locations, both in Italy and around the world, especially in the USA, which has allowed the company to be one of the largest players, globally, in the production of plasma derivatives.

Project Brief

Kedrion’s aim was to create a digital archive where all types of graphic material could be catalogued and reorganised to facilitate and implement marketing campaigns, avoid data dispersion and have continuously updated and streamlined flows in the catalogue of digital assets.

WHAT WE DID

PimCore DAM: Making digital asset management simple, through integrated storage and management

The application development aims to centralize and manage in an integrated way the marketing contents, including product details and digital assets, allowing an advanced modeling of customer profiles and ensuring an accurate tracking of access to the contents. The implementation of a modular architecture has facilitated the integration with different platforms and systems, reducing dispersion and duplication of information. This centralized approach has allowed cohesive and secure access for offices, sales, partners and customers, in addition to providing considerable flexibility in the management of the product catalog and in the creation of personalized materials for various distribution purposes.

A challenging project: integrated asset management thanks to Pimcore

The intent expressed by the client was to put its digital archives in order, to reorganize all the graphic material (videos and photographs) so as to streamline the data storage and management processes, making all the marketing activities more efficient. To achieve these objectives, Sintra, thanks to Pimcore, created a single archive, classifying the material with all the basic and commercial specifications and facilitating everything with an integrated management of the assets. It also modeled the typical profiles of Kedrion target customers based on their geographical origin, the type of product they are interested in, in order to support marketing automation in the processing of customer access to the contents.
