A challenging project: Ecommerce integration with SOH for a unified sales interface

The solution proposed by Sintra involved the integration of our SOH Middleware with ChannelEngine to allow Kocca to manage the sale of its products both on its e-commerce and on Marketplaces through a single interface. The project presented particularly challenging elements, in particular:

 

  • SOH integration with ChannelEngine, a powerful platform that offers Marketplace sales management solutions, for selling on the most popular Marketplaces
  • Optimization of the product catalog and adaptation to the requirements of each sales channel
