Pharmaidea Sector and History

Pharmaidea is a pharmaceutical consulting company that has been working alongside pharmacies, health organizations and health professionals since 2000. Vettys is a startup project dedicated to our animal friends, a project aimed at embracing both the B2B market, by building relationships with veterinarians and other experts in the sector, and the B2C market, i.e. the final consumer.

Project Brief

Pharmaidea’s intent was to expand its business and its offer by creating a specific brand for animal care. The project was realized by building within the e-commerce both an area reserved for professionals in the sector and one for the final consumer, so that the latter could have constant advice.

WHAT WE DID

Sintra laid the foundation for the launch of Vettys

We intervened, first creating ”Digital Native Brand”, with the aim of collecting information on the clientele; then we proceeded with all the case analyses, functional and Software Selection”. Once all the procedures necessary to complete the assignment were completed, we moved on to launching the brand on the market.

A challenging project: process mapping with Service Blueprint and Vettys brand launch

The intent expressed by the client was to create a brand with its own identity and image dedicated primarily to animal welfare.

The project presented interesting elements to take into consideration, in particular:

 

  • Creation of a Workshop to verify the client’s needs
  • A careful functional analysis and Software Selection
  • Process mapping handled with Service Blueprint to define the training and onboarding journey of veterinarians
  • The launch of the Vettys brand with an operational marketing plan drawn up by our Sintra professionals
